Return & Refund Policy
We want you to shop with confidence—but due to the collectible nature of trading cards, group‑break slots, and wax packs, **all sales are final**. However, if an item arrives damaged, missing, or not as described, here’s exactly how to get help.
1. No Returns on Most Items
Trading cards, wax boxes/packs (opened or sealed), group‑break slots, and similar collectibles cannot be returned for refund under any circumstance once your order is confirmed.
2. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If your shipment arrives with damage, missing pieces, or incorrect items, you must submit a claim as follows:
- File your claim within the deadlines in Section 10 below.
- Provide photos of the damage or packaging, and a description of the issue.
- If you and the seller cannot agree on a resolution, we will step in to mediate.
3. Shipping Damage & Mediation
Sellers are responsible for packaging. If an item is damaged in transit, you may work directly with the seller to resolve. If that fails, we’ll act as a neutral mediator to reach a fair outcome.
4. Claim Deadlines by Category
- Standard Collectibles: 7 days from delivery
- Plants & Perishables: 2 days from delivery
- All Other Items: 14 days from delivery or 30 days from purchase, whichever is sooner
5. “Not Received” / Lost in Transit
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package, you must notify us within 7 days of the carrier’s delivery date. We’ll investigate, but we’re not liable for packages confirmed delivered to the address on file.
6. Return Condition Requirements
- If a return is required, items must be returned in the same condition and packaging received.
- Opened packs, removed tags, or altered packaging may void eligibility or reduce refund.
7. Buyer‑Pays Return Shipping
Unless otherwise arranged, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Return fees will be deducted from your refund. Exception: damaged or incorrect items will receive a prepaid label.
8. Exclusions
- Refusing delivery or failing to pick up held packages does not qualify for a refund.
- Customs, duties, or taxes paid are non‑refundable by us; contact your carrier or customs.
- Currency‐exchange fluctuations, digital goods (PDFs, codes), and tips to sellers are not refundable.
- Chargebacks initiated outside our process forfeit your claim and may lead to account action.
9. Authentication & Counterfeit Claims
Claims of counterfeit or “not as described” must be filed within 7 days of delivery. We may request additional proof (photos, grading reports) before processing.
10. High‑Value Loss Reimbursement
For sports cards or trading cards obtained in group breaks, missing high‑value cards may be eligible for reimbursement at fair market value. All market‑value determinations are final.
11. Fraud & Abuse Prevention
- Repeated or abusive refund requests, or evidence of policy manipulation, may be denied.
- We reserve the right to investigate claims and refuse service to anyone acting in bad faith.
